At The Family Room LLC, we provide experience in cross-cultural transitions, sensitive employment, difficult to live locations, work-life balance in high stress settings, organizational conflict or betrayal, spiritual abuse, exposure to war, violence, famine, disease, and disasters, team conflict, third culture kids (TCK's), raising children cross-culturally, living in in relative isolation, challenges of home-schooling or boarding school, and dealing with mental illness and marriage issues as a global worker. Global workers may travel to Arizona for a 1-2 week counseling intensives, receive regular support on the field through virtual meetings, or we travel overseas periodically for member care events and counseling intensives.
